Trishuli River Rafting: A Beginner’s Journey

Trishuli river rafting is perfect for novices and expert rafters who want to experience the Himalayan mystical flow. The Trishuli River flows through spectacular basins with several mountain gorges and firming rolling rapids, and it is easily accessible from Kathmandu, Pokhara, and the road to Chitwan National Park. Visitors to Nepal can incorporate a short whitewater rafting adventure after or before their trek to any location. A day excursion down this river is always memorable because of the thrilling rapids.

Throughout the year, the rapids on the Trishuli river are relatively straightforward. The starting location for this rafting adventure is Charaudi, and the ending point is Kuringhat.

A rafting trip is a fantastic option all year because the rapids are usually easy, but the experience is considerably better from September to December. This rafting adventure is ideal for those searching for a quick trip with thrilling rapids and stunning landscapes. During the monsoon, the strength of the rapids rises, attracting a diverse range of rafters. Rafting on the Trishuli River provides an exhilarating experience in a short amount of time.

Program ( 1 Day )

It will take us three and a half hours from Kathmandu to go to Charaudi. The trained guides will educate you on safety and paddling techniques. Then it's off for four hours on large, bouncing rapids with great swimming holes, breathtaking scenery, and cliff leaps.

Throughout our trek towards Kuringhat, a tiny pleasant town, we will see rapids such as Twin Rocks, Ladies' Delight, Monsoon, Upset, Surprise, Butterfly, and Bijuli or Lighting. In addition, from Baireni Point, we pass over rapids such as Snell's Nose, Monkey, and Teen Devi.

Halfway down, we pause on a sandy beach for a fresh meal.  Then we take off once more; the following section of the river has eleven significant rapids.

You can change into dry clothing once we reach our take-out place (usually Kuring Ghat). You will then have the choice of remaining at our riverside camp overnight or continuing your journey to Kathmandu, Chitwan, or Pokhara.
