Ganesh Himal Trek

  • 11 Days
  • Ganesh Himal

A portion of the Ganesh Himal, a sub-range of the Himalayas, lies in Tibet's border region, while most of the range is in north-central Nepal. Ganesh Himal is named after the legendary Hindu deity with an elephant head. The "Great Himalayan Chain" formed by the Ganesh Range Peaks (Ganesh I, Ganesh II, Ganesh III, and Ganesh IV) in the skyline stands out like crystals.

This trekking vacation offers stunning landscapes, great hiking, and intriguing cultural contrasts between Tamang and Gurung settlements. The trek's comparatively modest elevation, with a high point of about 4,050 meters (13,288 feet), and its accessibility from Kathmandu, where it begins and ends, are further drawn.

Despite the area's relative accessibility, you might not run into other hikers once you begin walking. You will begin your hike with breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and travel through charming communities surrounded by lush terraces. Trekking takes place for a few days through native woods filled with stunning ancient trees, lichens, and ferns. The landscapes of the mountains are very breathtaking from Sing La.

We are thrilled to provide a classic trip of moderate difficulty and nevertheless well off the beaten path. It has plenty of excellent walking
