Highlights of Nepal Tour

Nepal is a beautiful and fascinating nation. This itinerary offers you a taste of its attractions while avoiding difficult trekking and white water rafting activities (you can always add in if you wish). In Chitwan National Park, you'll see Hindu and Buddhist temples and stupas, tour unique hilltop villages, take in stunning mountain vistas, and go on wildlife safaris.

The 10-day tour explores Nepal's remarkable cultural diversity, a short trekking adventure, breathtaking mountain vistas, and abundant wildlife. Begin the journey by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu, followed by a great animal adventure in Chitwan National Park's subtropical rainforests.

Drive to Pokhara, often known as The Lake City, since it has seven lakes in a 55.22km radius. Enjoy trekking in stunning alpine scenery and touring the city's numerous natural and cultural splendors while you're here.

Return to Kathmandu valley and explore Nagarkot for breathtaking sunset and dawn views, as well as the Himalayan perspective. The journey concludes with excursions to the towns of Patan and Bhaktapur, which showcase Nepal's historic architectural magnificence.

Program ( 10 Days )

When you arrive at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you and drop you off at the hotel.  For dinner, we will introduce you to the Nepalese food culture and taste authentic Nepalese cuisine.

We will start a guided tour of four UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. We will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which holds the palaces of kings who ruled the Kingdom. Secondly, we visit the Pashupatinath Temple.

We will visit the famous Buddhist stupas in Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is located in the heart of Kathmandu. It is also called Monkey Temple. Bouddhanath is one of the largest stupas in the world and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist destinations in Kathmandu. Overnight Kathmandu.

After breakfast, we drive to Chitwan, located 175 kilometers from Kathmandu. We will descend the winding road on the banks of the Trishuli River.

We will walk on the banks of the Rapti River to enjoy the sunset in the sub-tropical jungles of Chitwan. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and a brief cultural program showcasing the tribal dances unique to the Chitwan region of Nepal.

Early in the morning, we will mount an elephant for a jungle safari through dense grasslands to witness wildlife in their natural habitat. We will drive through the jungles in the afternoon, followed by a canoe ride down the Rapti River.

While canoeing, we may closely examine the Gharial and Mugger crocodiles along with freshwater dolphins, otters, and varieties of water birds. Or, we may even go for bird watching or nature walks and come closer to various wild flora and fauna in the park—overnight in Chitwan.

After breakfast, we leave for Pokhara. It is also known as The Lake City, owing to the many lakes in the city. The road first passes through the subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan.

We can see hills, small settlements, and terraced farms. When we land in Pokhara, you get to see the beautiful lake city and the magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. We stroll in the streets of Pokhara and get immersed in one of the most beautiful cities in Nepal. Overnight in Pokhara.

Early in the morning, we leave for Sarangkot, a hill in the northwest region of Pokhara that overlooks the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges in the north and the central city in the south. We will start our hike from Naudanda and get to Sarangkot.

We will stop at a tea-house in Sarangkot and enjoy fantastic sun views as it sets in the mighty Himalayas. We also view the Pokhara city below and the abundant Fewa Lake. Overnight in Sarangkot.

We soak in the early sunrise from Sarangkot before heading back to Pokhara and touring the city’s many landmarks. Davis Falls is a unique waterfall flowing directly into a narrow and deep canal with no end. The Shiva Cave is located near Davis Falls and houses a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, a primary Hindu God.

Also, we can boat around Phewa Lake, the largest lake in Pokhara, and visit Tal Barahi Temple, located at the center of the Lake. We visit the famous International Mountain Museum (IMM), which records, documents, and chronicles the past and present development of mountaineering activities in the world and the Himalayas. Also, we will see the Tibetan refugee camp and witness how the refugees keep themselves busy by producing and trading woolen carpets and other handicraft items. Overnight in Pokhara.

After breakfast, we say goodbye to the beautiful northern skyline of Pokhara and drive toward Kathmandu. It will be on a journey along river banks with beautiful views of hills and a rural Nepalese lifestyle.

From the city, we continue our drive to Nagarkot, a village within the Kathmandu Valley renowned for its sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. After reaching Nagarkot, we enjoy the viewpoint’s cool breeze and watch the sunset amidst the Himalayas. Overnight in Nagarkot.

Early in the morning, we enjoy fantastic sunrise views amidst the Himalayas. After breakfast, we drive downhill to Bhaktapur and finally to Patan. Bhaktapur is an irresistible city with an authentic local lifestyle preserved over centuries of isolation from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

While in the city square, we admire the Nyata-Pola Temple, the Golden Gate, and the 55 Window Palace, which merge to provide a magical outdoor theater. We also immerse ourselves in the authentic delicacy of the locals in Bhaktapur. Later, drive to Patan. Patan Durbar Square is rich in ancient arts and architecture listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our Creative Adventure Nepal will drop you off at the airport and bid you goodbye.
