The capital is the political, commercial and cultural hub of Nepal. Spread across an area of 360 square kilometers and at an altitude of 1336 meter above the sea level, Kathmandu is an exotic and fascinating showcase of a very rich culture, art and tradition. The old part of the city, with narrow medieval streets and lovely little shrines, centers on the Durbar Square (durbar being the Nepali word for 'palace'). Here one can find distinctive pagoda-roofed temples, stone sculptures, old monasteries and historic monuments. The Kathmandu Valley lies at the crossroads of ancient civilizations of Asia. It has more than 100 important monuments. The Kathmandu valley was rewarded the status of "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO in year 1979.
Located 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu, is one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur district and is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalaya when the weather is clear. Visitors often travel to Nagarkot from Kathmandu to spend the night so that they can be there for the breathtaking sunrise. Nagarkot has become famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. It also offers an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east. With an elevation of 2,195 meters, Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Valley and is described by visitors as a place whose beauty endures year round.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Our office staff will receive you at the airport and will transfer you to your hotel in a private vehicle upon your arrival. After reaching hotel our representative will brief you about your program. After the briefing you will visit the following places.
Perched atop a hill on the western edge of the Kathmandu Valley, the ancient Swayambunath Stupa (known to tourists as the Monkey Temple) is most important Buddhist shrine. The sleepy, all-seeing Buddha eyes that stare out from the top have become the quintessential symbol of Nepal.When this temple was founded about 2,000 years ago; Kathmandu Valley was filled with a great lake. According to Buddhist legend, a single perfect lotus grew in the center of the lake. When the bodhisattva Manjusri drained the lake with a slash of his sword, the lotus flower settled on top of the hill and magically transformed into the stupa. Thus it is known as the Self-Created (swayambhu) Stupa.
Kathmandu Durbar Square:
Listed as one of the eight Cultural World Heritage site by UNESCO, Kathmandu Durbar Square is a cluster of ancient temples, palaces, courtyards and streets that date back to the 12th and 18th centuries. The square is known to be the social, religious and urban focal point of the Capital City. The Palace Complex was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and is the site of important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch. The palace is decorated with elaborately-carved wooden windows and panels and it houses the King Tribhuwan Memorial Museum and the Mahendra Museum.
Day 02: Kathmandu and Nagarkot: After breakfast you will visit the following places,
Bouddhanath is among the largest stupas in south Asia, and it has become the focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The white mound looms thirty-six meters overhead. The stupa is located on the ancient trade route to Tibet, and Tibetan merchants rested and offered prayers here for many centuries. When refugees entered Nepal from Tibet in the 1950s, many of them decided to live around Bouddhanath. They established many Gompas, and the "Little Tibet" of Nepal was born.
Located about 20 km east of Kathmandu in the Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur is known as the 'City of Devotees', the 'City of Culture', the 'Living Heritage', and 'Nepal's Cultural Gem'. It is one of the 3 royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley. The others are Kathmandu; the capital of Nepal Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, and open courtyards. The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines. After bhaktapur proceed to Nagarkot overnight stay in Nagarkot.
Day 03: Nagarkot and Kathmandu:
Early in the morning enjoy the beautiful sunrise view and the magnificent views of the Himalayas and after breakfast drive back to Kathamndu and on the way you will visit Patan . Enjoy a tour of Patan another historical ancient city, the city of Patan and Bhaktapur are called twin cities. In Patan you can visit the Patan Durbar square, The Patan Museum The Krishna Mandir a beautiful rock cut architecture you can also visit the Patan industrial center famous for its beautiful handicrafts where you can see the manufacture of handicrafts and pottery making and also visit the Tibetan refugee center where you can observe the daily lifestyle of the Tibetan refugees and their carpet industry. In the Late afternoon free time for shopping and personal activities and in the evening enjoy a farewell dinner in a typical Nepali cultural restaurant with cultural dance.
Day 04: End of your Nepal Tour.
Transfer to airport in a private vehicle for your final departure to your destination.

If due to really true emergency you are unable to come or continue in the trek or rafting you have chosen to join, there will be some cancellation charges. That what constitutes a true emergency case is interpreted at Creative Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd discretion. Please be aware of these conditions such as Dysentery, Giardia diarrhea are commonplaces in East and South Asia and such are not classified as emergencies.
Bookings: Filling out our on-line booking form, or print the booking form and filling out and make a reservations, by fax. We contact you by E-mail as soon as your form is received to define the procedures following this step and to confirm the availability on the tour you have chosen with us. All participants booking one of our regular or tailor made tours must read and fully understand our policies and booking conditions. Representing 25% deposit of the total sales price must accompany all bookings. The balance must be entirely paid 30 days prior to the departure date. To guarantee a booking made 30 days or less before the departure date we request the entire payment of the total sale's price at once. Under no circumstances will there be a refund of any kind, if you do not turn up trip departure, or if you leave a trip for any reason, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after the trip has commenced.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the travel 7 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount paid will not be refundable. Passed the 7th day there will be no refund. If we have not received a balance due at the 29th day preceding a departure, we can cancel the booking. If we are in the obligation to cancel a trip for any reason, the participants will be completely refunded without any possibility of further indemnity. Cancellation of a trip made by the client does not entitle s/him to a refund of any kind. The date of cancellation is the date on which Creative Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd receives a written notice of cancellation by the travel that who has made the booking. If any transfer to an alternative departure date, will charge US15 or Euro 10 per person.
Creative Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd undertakes to provide you with the trip as outlined in your itinerary. However, as we cannot pre-determine weather conditions, political and other factors beyond our control, and bearing in minds your safety and enjoyment, we reserve the right to adjust the trip itinerary as required. The raft/trek leader in consultation with the staff and trip participants will decide on these adjustments. The raft/trek leader's decision will be final.

I also recognize that I am undertaking a journey that contains a significant element of personal risk, and that risk does sometime become a reality. I acknowledge the relative remoteness, the rough traveling and weather conditions, the limited and relatively primitive medical and other services available, as well as the greater potential dangers compared with my usual daily life at back home, or conventional holiday travel. Ltd Nepal's responsibility to me and I accept these authority and decision of Creative Adventure Nepal Pvt.
